The X version of the Rogue irons is designed with a wider sole, stronger lofts and lighter swingweight to maximise distance and forgiveness. The loft combined with the wide sole helps generate a higher and longer ball flight.
These shafts in the 4 iron through to 7 iron are 1/4″ longer than the standard Rogue irons.
The focus if the Callaway Rogue X iron design is all about distance, and lots of it. They have a longer shaft and stronger lofts compared to the standard Rogue iron but the wide sole design gets each club to play like it should and lauch the ball the right height for the number it represents.
Callaway also have a technologically advanced urethene material to create microspheres that sit behind the thin face to offer no loss of ball speed whilst improving feel and sound.
