1. Why book a wedge fitting
Your wedges need to be a swiss army knife in your bag, to be able to play full shots, chips, pitches and bunker shots we need to think about exactly how you play your wedge shots and what bounce, grind, shaft, head style and loft will allow you to put the ball nearer to the hole.

2. What is bounce and grind?
Bounce is the term used for the size of the sole of a club and grind references the shape of the sole. Getting these right, based off your delivery and shot selection, will give you more options and consistency.
3. How do we fit wedges?
We use a combination of tools and methods to correctly fit wedges for any level of golfer. Trackman 4 allows us to see your delivery numbers to suit the club to you and going out onto the short game area will allow you to play shots from different lies including fringe, rough and sand

In May 2018 we opened our new state of the art Mizuno Performance Centre. Our team of dedicated professionals work closely with Mizuno’s European Tour Club fitters to ensure that the service we offer is of the highest possible standards.
Tech

Trackman 4 uses dual radar technology. The first radar tracks everything the club does before, during, and after impact. The second radar tracks the full ball flight.
The GCQuad is the world’s most accurate, versatile, and complete launch monitor on the market and that is why we use it in our golf lessons here at Peter Field Golf!
The Quintic system is widely used by many of the Industry leading brands when they are running research and development for new equipment. This very much adds testament to the credibility of the Quintic putting system.
